We follow the traditional methods of storing the spice and tea separately. No more furious scraping of the ladle bottoms for whole spices!

Our chai has beautiful bold Assam tea, which means caffeine (only around 1/3rd of a coffee's amount though), but the goodness from the spices leads to a more balanced energy release into our body cells.
